Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a gardening, horticulture team
- Strong knowledge of local horticulture
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification (MCLP, MCH, Master Gardener Certification) preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of crews
- Direct gardening/Horticulture teams to deliver beauty through horticultural expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
