About The Position

Rolling Greens Inc. is seeking a horticultural technician to service commercial properties in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. The ideal candidate is hard-working, self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include maintaining interior tropical plants in office environments and tending to some exterior containers. We are looking for an applicant with a keen attention to detail who is passionate about plants and dedicated to ensuring their ongoing health and vitality.

Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition as the job requires bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting water buckets, pushing water machines
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have the ability to communicate professionally with customers and other associates
• Need good organizational skills
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test for hire

Nice To Haves

• No experience required. Will work independently after 6-8 weeks of training on jobsite/route.

Responsibilities
