About The Position

HOPE 4 Youth is hiring a HOPE Place Front Desk Associate to provide general front desk and administrative support while maintaining positive interactions with residents and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• The ability to make sound judgment, including knowing understanding when to seek supervisor guidance.
• A commitment to equity, inclusion, and working within a diverse, mission-driven environment.
• You are reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build respectful relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to pass a NetStudy background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality front desk support by answering phones and taking messages.
• Check and respond to agency emails each shift to ensure timely communication.
• Engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and computer records each shift.
• Support agency operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by attending meetings, completing trainings, and offering constructive feedback.
