The Hoomau Home Visiting program provides support through home visits and works in partnership with families. Our parenting curriculum promotes safe and nurturing parenting and access to resources about healthy child development. Our program serves families with children ages birth through 3 years and families who have struggled to keep their children from harm. Families are referred by the Department of Human Services Child Welfare services, or PACT’s Voluntary Case Management and Family Strengthening Service programs. The Program Supervisor supervises the delivery of child abuse prevention services to low to high-risk families referred by the Department of Human Services. Services include home visits, group activities, health education, and the establishment of medical home, crisis intervention, practical assistance, and participation in community activities and overseeing recruitment efforts. This position is under the direct supervision of the Assistant Program Director.
