Requirements

• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree and/or above. Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Automation Engineering related fields, Construction engineering, Building science, Construction science, or Civil engineering.
• Ability to communicate and work in an English environment is a must
• Proficiency in fundamental mechanical principles and concepts
• Good problem-solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude.

Nice To Haves

• language ability in Mandarin, German, and Japanese is a plus
• Experience with equipment installation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the specific functional area and its processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and production requirement.
• Collaborate cross organization to develop project plans specific to their functional area, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress within their functional area, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to the project manager as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks specific to their functional domain that could impact project success.
• Facilitate communication cross organizationally, ensuring alignment on project goals and updates.
• Work closely with counterparts to ensure smooth integration and coordination across the project.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes within their functional area to optimize project execution.
• Willing to support new Fab in Europe, Japan, and headquarters in Taiwan for a certain period.
