Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic communication skills.
Trustworthy and have integrity.

Responsibilities

Check and restock honor bar in guest rooms according to established par levels and inventory procedures.
Ensure that all items in the honor bar are neatly arranged and presented based on property standards.
Monitor inventory levels of honor bar items and submit replenishment orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Record and accurately track consumption of honor bar items using designated tracking systems or software.
Ensure no expired items are in guest rooms & record upcoming expirations.
Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
Clean-up of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order.
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
