Requirements

Class B technicians with 3+ years of experience
Class C technicians with 5+ years of experience
Previous Honda Brand Experience
Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
Experience using scan tools and service information systems
Ability to perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
