About The Position

Motorworld Honda is seeking an experienced Honda technician to join their team. This position offers a workplace designed for technician success, with dedicated tools, a climate-controlled shop, and all special tools provided. The dealership offers factory and manufacturer training, paid licenses and ASE certifications, an on-site parts department, tuition reimbursement, and relocation bonuses. Technicians are responsible for performing efficient and accurate repairs, diagnosing vehicle concerns, road-testing vehicles, and documenting all work performed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous automotive technician experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification preferred
• Honda certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and factory standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns and determining the proper repair
• Performing quality repairs using dealership and manufacturer procedures
• Road-testing vehicles to verify repairs
• Accurately documenting all work performed
