We are a family-owned and operated Automotive Group in Ellisville, Missouri, that is growing. Our service departments are busy, with customer pay repair order counts continuing to grow each month. We are looking for skilled technicians who can diagnose, identify, communicate, and repair vehicles. Our service facility is clean, modern, and staffed with team players. Our Advisors are trained and educated and able to sell your work. We offer a clearly laid-out career path, steadily increasing pay rates, and the ability to work over 250 hours per month if desired. Requirements

Previous Honda or Import Brand experience
Honda factory training
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
Proven track record of teamwork
Great attitude
High "Fixed Right, First Visit" rating
Excellent diagnosis skills
Highly efficient when performing work
Must be ready to work on all makes and models

Nice To Haves

Versatility and knowledge is a plus

Perform quality, ethical, multi-point inspections on every vehicle, every time, ensuring the information provided to all guests is accurate.
Perform quality, ethical, video multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
Diagnose, identify, communicate, and repair vehicles.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer standards.
Work on all makes and models.
