The Homeownership Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in helping Habitat for Humanity Tacoma/Pierce County (T/PC HFH) fulfill its mission of building strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. This key position ensures that homebuyers successfully navigate the Homeownership Program by connecting them with vital resources and guiding them through compliance and document processing. Collaborating with internal teams and community partners—including lenders, down payment assistance programs, employers, and community leaders—the Homeownership Success Specialist ensures on-time home closings and inspires more applications for homeownership opportunities. We’re looking for a passionate professional with a strong technical skill set in document processing, data entry, and virtual communication tools. Ideal candidates will have experience in mortgage lending, financial or housing counseling/coaching, and possess a positive outlook paired with the ability to manage expectations realistically.
