About The Position

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Homemaker to help clients remain as independent as possible in their own homes. The role involves cleaning and managing everyday household tasks, as well as providing companionship to clients in the Litchfield, Minnesota area. Flexible hours are available, and the position pays $21.50 per hour, plus travel time.

Requirements

• Interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and compassion toward clients.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping and other cleaning services.
• Do laundry and prepare meals.
• Shop for groceries.
• Assist with arranging appointments.
• Promote client well-being through companionship.
• Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
