About The Position
The Village at Penn State, located in State College, PA, is one of the area’s premier independent living communities, has an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem/Pool Homemaker position. This position works within the household providing dining and housekeeping services. This includes meal preparation and clean up as well as cleaning resident rooms and common areas. The homemaker works closely with the household team members ensuring regulatory compliance within their purview. This position works weekday and weekend hours.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- One year of dietary and/or housekeeping experience
Responsibilities
- Provide dining and housekeeping services within the household.
- Perform meal preparation and clean up.
- Clean resident rooms and common areas.
- Work closely with household team members ensuring regulatory compliance.
