Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- Comfortable working independently
- Patient and genuinely interested in helping others
- Reliable and able to follow through
- Comfortable providing support in someone's home
- Reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license
- Required insurance
- Successful background checks
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or personal care experience is helpful, but training is available.
Responsibilities
- Help create a safe, comfortable home through light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Support independence with personal care and daily routines
- Build a meaningful connection through companionship and genuine human interaction
- Help with everyday needs such as errands and shopping
