About The Position
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care while practicing with autonomy, accountability, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients’ health status and identify actual or potential health concerns Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on evidence-based practice Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust interventions to achieve optimal results Engage patients and their families as active partners in the care process Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Delegate and coordinate care among qualified members of the healthcare team Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality care Foster a positive, professional work environment built on trust and teamwork Advocate for patients while upholding the highest standards of autonomous nursing practice Join a team committed to innovation, collaboration, and setting a new standard of excellence in patient care. Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Florida (required)
- BSN preferred (required within three years of hire if not already obtained)
- Professional nursing board certification preferred (required within two years of hire or when eligible)
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- This position may require frequent driving for business purposes (using a personal or company vehicle).
