Requirements
- Experienced in home care, healthcare, or another people‑centered field, ideally with some leadership background.
- A self‑starter who can juggle multiple clients, visits, and priorities without losing the human touch.
- Tech‑comfortable, organized, and energized by being out in the field.
Responsibilities
- Engage in Strategic Exploration: Diligently pursue promising referral sources, skilfully cultivating robust relationships within the healthcare sector.
- Welcome new clients with warm calls
- Analyze market trends, assess competitors, and create innovative business development strategies that align with Greenstaff's goals.
- Build relationships and Collaborate
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure an exceptional homecare experience from beginning to end.
