About The Position
Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This position requires Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
- Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
- Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Proof of Negative TB (titer/ chest x-ray)
- Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
