About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses (RN/LPN) for openings in Streator, IL. We offer flexible scheduling for day, evening, or night shifts, Monday through Friday. Our company is dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality, and compassionate care to children and adults in their homes. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately. We prioritize a healthy work/life balance for our employees.
Requirements
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Provide 1 on 1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
