About The Position
Home Staff is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts in Oak Park, IL. This role involves providing reliable, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare to children and adults in their homes. No prior pediatric or private duty nursing experience is required. Opportunities for full-time, part-time, PRN, and overtime pay are available.
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Provide 1 on 1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment and individual plan of care, as authorized by client's payer source.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate.
- Monitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, output, and compose patient charts.
- Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
- Provide emotional support.
