About The Position

If you know how to both work hard on your own while being part of a team, we want to talk with you. This is an outside sales position for a Homecare Agency. Candidates will have both experience developing relationships in ALF's, SNIFS, Hospitals, Doctors' Offices, etc. AND outside sales experience. Healthy base plus commission. Full-time outside sales position covering northern Palm Beach County and Martin County. There is potential to make some real money for the right person. There is a lot of terratory to build relationships and grow your network of referral sources. Do you know how to find and market to the right people? Can you develop new business and maintain clients after they are receiving care? Requirements

Have you been doing this for at least 3 years in this area?
Do you have experience working with those healthcare partners who refer to private duty homecare?
Can you get up every day, optimize your time and work without constant supervision?
Can you report on your activity accurately?
Are you flexible and adaptible in an environment where no day is the same?
Are you honest and know how to be part of a team?
Can you follow through with clients and referral sources and see things through?
