Requirements
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance
- Ability to provide personal care and transportation services as needed
- Reliable vehicle
- Open Availability (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support clients with daily living activities
- Transport clients to appointments and errands when needed
- Ensure clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes
- Report changes in client condition to the supervisory team
- Complete visit documentation through our mobile care application
