About The Position

Provide instruction to students designated as Homebound due to medical needs. Provide assistance to complete classroom assignments as well as any accommodations/modifications necessary. Provide special education services and case management as necessary. Hours are documented weekly and paid through payroll during each pay period of service. Minimum of 4 hours of service per student, per week provided either through in-person home services or tele-instruction.

• Certified General Education and/or Special Education Teacher based on students needs.
