About The Position
Catholic Charities is seeking candidates to join their Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor in Cuyahoga County. In this role, you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers, and their children to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between parent/caregiver and child. You will be responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; completing home visits, developing goals, conducting screenings, providing parenting education, and making referrals to resources.
Requirements
- At least an associate degree in urban studies, early childhood, social work or 2+ years' experience in human services, early childhood or similar field
- A valid DL
