About The Position

This position provides case management, family advocacy and education to families in assigned caseload by providing and linking families to comprehensive services including home visits and socialization activities. Works with typically and atypically developing children and their families in a home based setting. May be reassigned to different caseload/geographic location within a county as deemed necessary for program operation.

Requirements

• Experience in early childhood education, home visiting, or family support.
• Ability to provide case management and family advocacy.
• Skills in linking families to comprehensive services.
• Experience working with children and families in a home-based setting.
• Ability to work with typically and atypically developing children.
