About The Position
Catholic Charities is seeking candidates to join their Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor in Cuyahoga County. In this role, you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers, and their children to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between parent/caregiver and child. You would be responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; complete home visits, develop goals, conduct screenings, provide parenting education, and make referrals to resources.
Requirements
- Associate degree in urban studies, early childhood, social work or 2+ years' experience in human services, early childhood or similar field
- Valid Driver's License
