Under the general supervision of the Home-Based Supervisor, provides comprehensive, individualized educational, social and health services to children and their families. This role involves implementing a planned program of activities that enhance the parent's ability to serve as the primary educator in their child's development. The position also assists the Home-Based Supervisor with day-to-day operations, managing a caseload, and data entry as needed. The role requires adherence to the core values of the Agency, NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct for Early Childhood Practitioners and Professional Practice, Head Start Performance Standards, and required Head Start competencies.
