About The Position

As a Home Theater Installer Lead, you will be responsible for the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems. Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
Valid Texas DL required
Basic computer skills
Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems (CCTV) in new and retro fit construction (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with networking with Araknis, EERO, Access Networks, Ubiquity (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with rack design and cable dressing (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring, TV lifts (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with projector/screen installation and calibration (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with in-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Creston Home, URC (complete and total control) (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Lutron lighting, shades, drapery, smart film, AVA remotes, Somfy motors (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with security systems (minimum 3-5 yrs)
Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required)

Responsibilities

Professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.
Structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems (CCTV) in new and retro fit construction.
Networking with Araknis, EERO, Access Networks, Ubiquity.
Rack design and cable dressing.
LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring, TV lifts.
Projector/Screen installation and calibration.
In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation.
Experience with Creston Home, URC (complete and total control).
Lutron lighting, shades, drapery, smart film, AVA remotes, Somfy motors.
Experience with security systems.
Adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues.
