About The Position

CareOne Senior Care is actively hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in the Novi area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others while working in a supportive and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced, patient, and compassionate caregiver for a high-acuity in-home client who requires hands-on support, patience, and strong communication skills. This case is best suited for a caregiver comfortable with dementia care, mobility assistance, and full ADL support.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to assist with physical caregiving tasks as needed
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Background check required
• TB test required before employment begins

Nice To Haves

• Dementia care experience
• Mobility assistance experience
• Full ADL support experience

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Support mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands when needed
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
