The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills to serve as a Home Services Program Counselor Trainee. This position coordinates customer case records and documents in a field office, pertaining to service delivery activities for customers in the Bureau of Customer and Community Field Services/Home Services Program. The trainee will receive formal and informal training for up to twelve months to learn the rules, regulations, and policies of the Home Services Program. Upon completion of training, the individual will manage a caseload, providing services to individuals with disabilities to help them remain independent in their homes and communities. The role requires a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and racial justice, contributing to an inclusive learning and working environment.
