About The Position

Purpose Care is Bringing Healthcare Home and is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of their clients. They have immediate openings for Caregivers who can provide companion support and caring assistance for the community’s most vulnerable. Purpose Care is a leading provider in home care and home health services in the Midwest, providing home-based care services to over 3,000 clients a month. Their care is carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home. With excellent caregivers and innovative technology, Purpose Care ensures that the most vulnerable are provided with the support necessary to live full lives in their community. The company also has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support those caring for the needs of their clients, providing administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide companion support and caring assistance for clients.
• Perform personal care and grooming.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide administrative support (for Administrative Assistant role).
