About The Position

TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a part-time Home Service Technician (handyman or handywoman) in Fort Myers, Florida, and surrounding areas. The role requires strong drywall or stucco experience and involves general home repairs and maintenance, including work that supports home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place. Technicians provide dependable, respectful service to families and individuals and represent TruBlue with professionalism, empathy, and trustworthiness. This is a W-2 position with variable hours. The right candidate may have the opportunity to move into a full-time position.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of paid home repair or handyman experience.
• Strong drywall or stucco experience.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
• Reliability, courtesy, and respect in every interaction.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
