Technicians represent TruBlue as professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service allies. The position offers steady, year-round work with consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and strong office support within a team culture built on compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements

At least 5 years of paid home repair, remodeling, or handyman experience.
Commitment to learning and growing skills without taking shortcuts.
Pride in the quality of craftsmanship and commitment to doing the job right.
Commitment to quality and safety.
Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction.
Comfortable working independently and within a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Full set of tools.
Fluent in English.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
