About The Position

TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise with over 140 locations that provides trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families. This is a role for a skilled professional who is well-rounded, has a truck/van, and full toolset. The majority of work will be in the Northern Pittsburgh area (Wexford, Cranberry, Ross, Gibsonia, etc.) We are a woman owned and operated business with steady work, weekly pay, and flexibility! Pay is dependent on experience. We’re a company with a purpose: to make homes safer and lives easier. Requirements

5+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset
Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects
Collaborate with a team of technicians
Uphold TruBlue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
Communicate clearly with customers and other TruBlue employees
Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project
Bathroom remodels
Drywall repair and patching
Flooring installation and repair
General carpentry
Interior and exterior painting
Basic plumbing and electrical
Deck/fence repairs
