Home Reviewer
About The Position
This is a part-time, 1099 position where you will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of occupied homes. Work will be completed on weekends during appointment windows, typically 4 hours long. Your duties will include completing appointments, taking photos of mechanical rooms (3-5 per home), and entering review results online using your own tablet. Training will be provided on how to enter a Quality Review Report in the report database. Analysts are not required to go on roofs, and no tools or ladders are used in the review process. Management will group work orders to minimize drive time.
Requirements
- Able to connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.
- Have experience working with a mobile device and familiar with how to solve minor technical issues that could occur while out in the field.
- Have a valid Driver's License and be able to use their personal vehicle to drive to sites.
- Tablet (Android or Apple)
- Access to email while out in the field either though a tablet or phone

- Residential construction experience.
- Home Inspector/General Contractor/Superintendent/Project Manager
- Home Renovation or Remodeling
- Familiar with warranty walk through with homeowners
- Detail oriented - able to be thorough and consistent.
- Reliable - work must be completed on the day it is scheduled.
- Principled - able to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
Responsibilities
- Completing appointments and taking photos (approximately 3-5 photos per home) of mechanical room.
- Driving to occupied homes and conducting quality reviews on the day it is scheduled.
- Entering review results online using your own tablet while on the job site.
