The Home Retention & Repair Coordinator implements Latino Network’s anti-displacement and housing stability services for low- to moderate-income Latino homeowners in Multnomah County. This role coordinates home repair support and home retention services that help families remain safely housed, reduce displacement risks, and improve home health and safety. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for participating homeowners, conducts intakes, verifies eligibility, coordinates home visits, develops scopes of work, gathers and reviews contractor estimates, and supports projects through completion and closeout. In partnership with trusted contractors and community partners, the Coordinator helps remove barriers by guiding households through a clear, supportive pathway to critical repairs and stabilization resources. This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused position for someone who builds strong relationships, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through
