Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman services, or residential repairs
• Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Own basic tools needed for daily work
• Must live within the Northern Virginia service area
• Fluent English required

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, tile, and general home repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair light plumbing and electrical issues
• Install doors, windows, fixtures, shelving, hardware, and cabinetry
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repair solutions
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Document completed work and provide job updates
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer experiences
