The Community Development Home Repair Coordinator leads the hands-on completion of critical home repair, accessibility, and minor rehabilitation projects. This role serves as the on-site technical point of contact during active project work, including scope walkthroughs, quality inspection, and day-of coordination with subcontractors and vendors. The Home Repair Coordinator works in close coordination with the CD Operations Associate on day-to-day project and crew scheduling, and reports to the Director of Community Development on project strategy, budget, and quality outcomes.
