Requirements
- Proven experience in home renovation or construction (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., General Contractor License) are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interior/exterior upgrades
- Complete demolition, site prep, and job site cleanup
- Follow project scopes, plans, and directions from project managers or contractors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Measure, cut, and install framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and doors
- Install flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood, ceramic etc.)
- Minor electrical and plumbing
- Assist with window and fixture installations
- Perform finish work with attention to detail and quality
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain and care for company tools and vehicle
