About The Position

We are a growing home services company that is looking for crew leads. Pay can range from $27-$40/hr depending on experience. Some of the work we do includes: Kitchen remodels, Bathroom remodels, Tile Work, Drywall, Painting, Flooring (all types except carpet), Electrical, Plumbing, Windows & doors, Finish carpentry, and all around handyman. We are looking for people who like to engage and make a difference in people’s lives. Daily, we get to experience the joys of making customers happy. We want to talk with you if you have the skills to do everything above and then some. We have a large backlog of work that will allow you to work between 35-50 hours a week. Our team currently averages 40+ hours a week. We may be the place for you if you are looking for a company to grow with. Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on skilled trades experience related to kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, tile work, drywall, painting, flooring (all types except carpet), electrical, plumbing, windows & doors, finish carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
Charismatic and enjoy engaging with customers.
Comfortable handling client relationships.
Self-sufficient to complete projects with little or no supervision.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Own hand tools and be proficient in their use.
Own basic power tools.
Reliable transportation.
Clean driver's license and able to drive company vehicles.
Able to provide references from past work history.

Nice To Haves

10 years of experience doing all of the things listed above.

Responsibilities

Lead home remodeling projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels, tile work, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, windows & doors, finish carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
Engage with customers and manage client relationships.
Complete projects with little to no supervision.
Demonstrate leadership skills.
Operate hand tools and basic power tools proficiently.
Drive company vehicles.
