About The Position
The purpose of this role is to maintain a consistently reset, organized home, eliminate physical clutter and operational backlog, and ensure daily functionality through disciplined routines. The Home Manager / Household Assistant will take full ownership of household reset standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, physical movement, and visible results. This is not a deep-cleaning or maid service role, not a childcare role, not a customer-service or social position, and not a role requiring constant instruction or oversight. Clear boundaries allow the right candidate to succeed confidently.
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50–60 lbs independently
- Move boxes, storage bins, household items, and supplies safely
- Reach overhead shelving and storage areas repeatedly
- Stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Maintain steady physical stamina and work pace throughout the day
- Perform tasks efficiently without physical strain or frequent breaks
- Comfortable taking full ownership of tasks
- Able to work through structured checklists without supervision
- Task-focused and execution-oriented
- Prefers quiet, low-interaction work environments
- Efficient, decisive, and detail-aware

Responsibilities
- Complete a full walkthrough and reset of the home
- Collect and clear dishes, laundry, and trash
- Run, fold, and properly put away laundry (including cabinet and storage organization)
- Fully reset the kitchen (surfaces, sink, organization)
- Spot clean floors and high-touch surfaces
- Reset bathrooms (maintenance-level; not deep cleaning)
- Maintain order and organization in all common areas
- Clear, wipe, and reset the refrigerator
- Light weekly organization projects
- Manage trash and recycling
- Monitor household essentials and supplies
- Coordinate simple Amazon restocks and deliveries
