As a key member of the Children’s Residential Services management team, the Home Manager is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the group home assigned, including, but not limited to, staffing, programming, Unusual Incidents, home budget, supplies (programmatic and environmental), and maintaining a home environment conducive to resident’s growth and development. S/he provides direct supervision to staff members to ensure that safety is observed, program implementation occurs as scheduled, and that issues related to maintenance of the physical plant are communicated and followed up with to maintain healthy and safe living environment.
