Home Lending Specialist
About The Position
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Home Lender for a permanent full-time opportunity in the Grafton Area. This role involves working with customers across the home-lending journey, building local referral relationships, and helping to grow lending opportunities in the market. Requirements
- Experience in home lending
- Experience with mortgage products
- Experience with credit assessment
- A strong track record of delivering great customer outcomes
- A strong track record of building trusted relationships
- Confidence managing your lending pipeline
- Confidence identifying new opportunities
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgement in a regulated environment
- A collaborative, adaptable approach
- Ability to work well within a branch team
