About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, community-minded Home Inspector to join our growing team. This role blends technical inspection work, customer service, and sales-focused follow-up to help homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals make informed decisions about residential properties. If you have construction experience, knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, and hold (or are pursuing) a Home Inspector certification/license, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Construction experience with practical knowledge of residential building systems.
Proficiency with HVAC and basic electrical systems and the ability to evaluate common defects and safety issues.
Home Inspector certification or license, or active pursuit of certification/licensure.
Strong customer service skills and a sales-minded approach to recommending services and follow-up.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a schedule of inspections.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in home inspections, real estate, construction trades, or related fields.
Experience using inspection software and basic computer skills (email, photo editing, reporting).
Background in sales, client acquisition, or territory development.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections at residential properties.
Inspect structural elements, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Interact frequently with homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents, ensuring professional and friendly communication.
Use company inspection software to create clear, photo-supported reports.
Deliver inspection reports within expected turnaround times.
Grow business through professional service and referral development.
