Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections using the latest innovation and technology.
• Create customized home inspection reports and deliver them on site.
• Participate in local marketing events or programs.
• Conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers.
• Work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, and stand for long periods of time.
• Pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exams.
