About The Position

Atulo Health is a multi-state provider of home and infusion suite nursing services, partnering with pharmacies and other healthcare organizations to provide patient-centered infusion care in patients’ homes and designated infusion suites. The Home & Infusion Suite Registered Nurse provides direct infusion therapy and nursing care to adult and pediatric patients. Scheduling is flexible and based on patient referrals and availability within the nurse’s service area. The role is per diem/PRN, with recruitment focused on Connecticut, particularly Hartford, Stamford, and New Haven. Experienced infusion nurses in surrounding areas are also encouraged to apply as patient referral locations change with demand.

Therapies may include IVIG and SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, and other prescribed IV and injectable therapies. Responsibilities may include medication administration, patient assessment, treatment monitoring, documentation, patient education, and communication with the patient’s care team. Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California RN license.
• At least 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience administering the listed therapies in adult and/or pediatric infusion is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
