Requirements
- Active California RN license
- 2+ years nursing experience (infusion/home health a big plus!)
- Strong IV and clinical skills
- BLS required (ACLS preferred)
- Confidence working independently
- Great communication & patient-first mindset
- Reliable transportation for home visits

Responsibilities
- Administer IV therapies (medications, fluids, specialty infusions)
- Monitor patients and respond to any reactions or concerns
- Perform assessments (vitals, infusion sites, overall health)
- Educate patients & families so they feel confident and supported
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists & care teams
- Keep clear, accurate documentation (EMR)
- Ensure safety, infection control, and best practices at all times
