Home & Infusion Suite Registered Nurse - Tomah Area
About The Position
Atulo Health is a multi-state provider of home and infusion suite nursing services that partners with pharmacies and other healthcare organizations to provide patient-centered infusion care. The Home & Infusion Registered Nurse provides direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients in their homes or designated infusion suites. The position is per diem/PRN, with a flexible schedule based on patient referrals and availability within the nurse’s service area. Nurses commonly administer therapies to adult and pediatric patients, including IVIG and SCIG, alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, and other prescribed IV and injectable therapies. The role serves Wisconsin communities, with particular interest in nurses able to serve the Tomah and Western Wisconsin area. Applications are submitted through Atulo Health’s Nurse Application Portal. The interview process includes a brief phone screening and a virtual interview with a clinical leader.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
- At least 1 year of home infusion experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience administering infusion therapies to adult and/or pediatric patients is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed infusion therapies and medications to patients in their homes or designated infusion suites.
- Assess patients and monitor their response to treatment.
- Document nursing care and treatment.
- Educate patients about their care and therapies.
- Communicate and coordinate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team.
