About The Position

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join their team. This role offers schedule flexibility and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. Home infusion nurses are integral to this process, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective administration of prescribed infusion therapies in the home setting.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Excellent IV start skills
• Current state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment.
• Build lasting relationships with patients.
• Use clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in their homes.
