About The Position
KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This part-time position offers schedule flexibility and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. Home infusion nurses are crucial in ensuring prescribed infusion therapies are safely and effectively administered in the home setting, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Excellent IV start skills
- Current state driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment.
- Build lasting relationships with patients.
- Use clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in the comfort of their own home.
