About The Position
Responsible for provision of all facets of pharmaceutical care related to intravenous homecare patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (or higher)
- Two years of experience in intravenous therapy in a hospital or in a home infusion setting that includes parenteral admixtures and patient clinical management.
- Valid NC Pharmacist License
- American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire
