About The Position

Home Infusion Registered Nurse Bring your nursing expertise directly to patients’ homes—where comfort meets compassionate care. As part of CarepathRx Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion Solutions, you’ll support patients with complex therapy needs while helping them gain confidence in managing their health at home. As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
  • At least 1 year of clinical infusion therapy experience, including patient assessment and venous access skills.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic area.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, professional home infusion care focused on improving patient outcomes.
  • Provide clear education to patients and caregivers to build confidence in managing infusion and enteral therapies.
  • Collaborate closely with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Exercise sound clinical judgment and autonomy in diverse home settings.
  • Communicate effectively with care teams, patients, and caregivers in both written and verbal formats.
  • Follow safety procedures for handling hazardous agents and blood/body fluids.
